DESCRIPTION:Leadership Oakland has prepared three one-hour sessions with local experts to help you better understand Board Member Basics\, Fundraising as a Board Member and how to Support and Strengthen The Board once you join.  As a cohort\, you will have the opportunity to connect with other likeminded people who are also looking to actively engage in their community by dedicating their time\, talent and treasurer as a member of a nonprofit board.  Each session will consist of a one-hour\, interactive session on Zoom and we ask that when registering to plan on attending all three sessions.
