DESCRIPTION:Community Network Services (CNS) invites you to join us in a very special effort to ensure longer\, happier lives for adults with severe mental illness.  On Thursday\, October 24\, from 8:00 - 9:00 AM at the Auburn Hills Marriott Pontiac Centerpoint in Pontiac\, CNS will host the first annual CNS Journey to Wellness Fundraising Breakfast.  The aim is to raise $50\,000 to endow a CNS Wellness Program fund that will bring chronic disease management\, fitness\, nutrition\, and other resources to benefit the adults with severe mental illness who receive behavioral health services at CNS. \n\nThe event will last just one hour and is free\, with no obligation to donate.\n\nFor more information about the breakfast\, including sponsorship and Table Captaining\, please contact \n\nMary Madigan\, Manager of Development & Community Relations\, at 248-871-1488 or at mmadigan@cnsmi.org.
