Avondale School District will host the 10th annual ?A Train? Show - the largest model train show in the state by attendance and boasts nearly 400 tables of trains. Proceeds from the event benefit the Avondale Education Foundation. Parking is available on site at Avondale High School; shuttle rides are also available from the Boys and Girls Club of Auburn Hills on Squirrel and Waukegan and the Auburn Hills municipal lot on the northwest corner of Squirrel and Auburn in Downtown Auburn Hills. The feature movie ?Thomas the Tank Engine & Friends? King of the Railway? will be shown in the Avondale High School Auditorium at 1 p.m.; movie run time is 62 minutes.
