Chef Gabby Milton took over the reigns as Executive Chef at the Chophouse in 2016, bringing with her expertise gained at a Le Cordon Bleu culinary academy, and numerous upscale establishments including the global banquet department at Walt Disney World, known for creating some of the finest culinary offerings. Chef Gabby will present a Beer Cheese, Sausage, Homemade Pretzel, and Mustard sampling during a tutorial on Making Homemade Sausage; a Kale and Brussels Sprout Salad with Pomegranate, Sliced Toasted Almonds and Goat Cheese with Lemon and Olive Oil Vinaigrette; Piped Parisian Gnocchi with Butternut Squash and Spinach; Seared Duck Breast with leg confit and a Michigan Cherry Sauce and finally, a Sweet Treat recommended by their Pastry Chef for dessert.
