Are you Running Your Business or Is It Running You?
Are you a business owner or a senior-level executive who wants to see your business grow faster and run more efficiently? The Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce and the Rochester Regional Chamber are hosting an introduction to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS). EOS is a set of simple concepts and practical tools that will help you simplify, clarify and achieve your vision.
EOS Implementer Tiffany Kruczek will share her firsthand experience utilizing EOS in her own company. During this session, you will learn about the EOS Model, which is built around the “Six Key Components” of a successful business. By implementing these components, your personnel conflict, profit woes, inadequate growth and lack of accountability will melt away. This system will help you get a grip on your business, moving it forward to greater success and profitability while reducing your stress.
Tiffany Kruczek helps leadership teams drive success in their companies with a focus on process, data, and execution. With the help of the EOS system, Tiffany integrates teams, assisting them in achieving their goals by implementing the proven processes as well as applying her own years of experience as an entrepreneur. After experiencing the benefits of EOS first hand, Tiffany felt compelled to become an implementer herself, helping other entrepreneurs achieve their goals.
