- 8:15 a.m. We'll kick off the program with brief introductions. Come prepared with how others can support your business goals.
- 8:40 a.m. Kathryn Baker, Owner of AdviCoach of Michigan, will present Building Blocks for Strategic Planning and will discuss the short and long term planning horizons, identifying goals & metrics, and plan implementation & evaluation.
- 9:20 a.m. Wrap up the session by following up with 1-2 guests that could be a strategic partner. Exchange cards and make a plan to connect post event.

Payment is considered final, and non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue that cannot otherwise be addressed. An invoice payment option is available on most events 14 days prior to event date. Cash and credit cards are usually accepted. A confirmation will be sent for all transactions with the Auburn Hills Chamber.
