Fire Fighter vs Veteran Sled Hockey Challenge Registration

Join us for the Fire Fighter vs Veteran Sled Hockey Challenge, a one-of-a-kind event bringing together local Fire Fighters and Veteran players for an unforgettable experience on the ice. No sled hockey experience is necessary, none is even better. Our adaptive Athletes will provide instructor and demonstrations. The event allows participants to experience firsthand how challenging and exciting adaptive hockey truly is—while competing, connecting, and raising awareness.
 
This event supports our mission to fund sleds for veterans, helping remove barriers and grow access to adaptive hockey in our community.
 
Firefighter Participants
To help offset event expenses and support Hockey Mentors' adaptive veteran
programming, firefighter participants are asked to make a $50
tax-deductible contribution. Registration fee.
 
Your registration includes:

• Custom game jersey with your name and custom logo
• Food and refreshments
• An unforgettable sled hockey experience with our veterans

Deadline for player registration is September 18th, 2026. Everyone attending, players and spectators alike, must complete the registration form.

If you are participating in a sled activity all equipment will be provided. Please complete this form so we can plan accordingly and follow up with event details.
