Membership Specialist

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Membership Specialist at the Auburn Hills Chamber of Commerce based in Auburn Hills, MI, with flexibility for some remote work. The Membership Specialist will be responsible for new membership sales, retention, cultivating relationships, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth. Daily tasks include providing outstanding customer service, conducting membership-related sales activities, delivering member training and onboarding sessions, and analyzing membership engagement trends. The position serves an important role collaborating with our energetic team to design and execute membership initiatives.
