An experience for the auto enthusiast like no other -- the M1 Concourse features the world's largest community of Private Garages and a state-of-the-art 1.5 mile Performance Track with its own private Motorsports Club, all on an 87-acre property in Pontiac. Hear from CEO, Tim McGrane, present exciting new ventures at M1, including upcoming events and programs planned for this spring and summer, as well as the truly unique rental space availability on the property.
In addition, you'll hear from representatives of Motor Bella to talk about the much anticipated, bridge to the future, auto-centric event. Motor Bella will be held at the M1 Concourse on September 21-26, 2021. Andrea Trudeau, Event Services Director with Motor Bella and Tavi Fulkerson, event consultant will be presenting. This new event is sure to bring next-generation mobility and exciting vehicle debuts to media, show-goers and the automotive enthusiasts' world in a never before experienced format.

Tim McGrane, CEO, M1 Concourse
Tim McGrane, a native of England, comes to the Detroit area with a large portfolio of experience in the automotive world. Most recently serving as CEO of Sports Car Association of Monterey Peninsula, the group that oversaw Laguna Seca Raceway in Monterey, Calif., where he oversaw the very successful Porsche Rennsport Reunion IV, the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion celebration of the IMSA 50th Anniversary and orchestrated the successful return of the IndyCar Series. Before joining Laguna Seca, he served as executive director of the highly-regarded Blackhawk Automotive Museum in California. He also has been considered a pioneer in the world of luxury and lifestyle events, with strategic event and marketing experience in the luxury automotive, yacht and private aviation sectors. With Tim at the helm, the M1 Concourse is in the midst of a breakout year, with construction of 70 private garages expected to be completed soon, giving the track 243 private garages and making it the largest private garage community in the world.
Andrea Trudeau, Events Services Director, Detroit Auto Dealers Association (DADA)
In her role as Event Services Director, Andrea is the lead for production of all DADA events, including the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) and the newly created Motor Bella, to debut at the M1 Concourse in September. Her role includes designing each show's layout, being first point of contact with exhibiting brands, and coordinating show logistics with facility management and show contractors. Past responsibilities have included overseeing the build-out, move-in and move-out of displays from over 300 automakers, Tier One suppliers and other exhibitors from around the world. She works with a diverse client base to ensure that exhibit properties are designed in compliance with show and building regulations, in addition to being the key interface with local and governmental agencies.
Tavi Fulkerson, Founder, The Fulkerson Group
Tavi Fulkerson, the founder of The Fulkerson Group (TFG), is well recognized as a sponsorship sales expert with an extensive marketing and PR background. For more than three decades, TFG has built its reputation by securing and negotiating hundreds of partnerships for Detroit's leading civic, sports and Detroit-based automotive events. The agency has been under contract to the North American International Auto Show for 28 years. Tavi and The Fulkerson Group are an integral part of the Motor Bella team, securing partners for this new auto-centric event. Their area of work includes negotiating partnerships for Motor Bella with Tier 1 auto suppliers, communication companies as well as consulting, technology and start-up companies who wish to participate in this inaugural auto event.
