Crossroads Care Center’s Hero for Life at the Detroit Zoo

Join us at the Detroit Zoo on Saturday, August 14th, and make your steps count to support moms, dads, babies, and families. Walk individually, as a family, or get a group together and form a team. Registered heroes will receive entry into the Detroit Zoo (including free parking), an event T-shirt if registered by July 31st, and a snack bag. Check-in begins at 7:00am. You will be greeted by Crossroads' staff and board members and then take a 2 mile walk inside the Detroit Zoo with friends and family along a paved pathway that accommodates wheelchairs and strollers. After the Zoo Walk, participants are free to enjoy the zoo at their leisure the rest of the day.
