Culinary Classes at Trevarrow, Inc.
Chef Matt Schellig will prepare some of his favorite menu items including his “Hanging Out with Some Good Friends” appetizer plate which is composed of Rosemary Lamb Sausage, Cold Smoked Salmon, Parmigiano Cream, Red Pepper Jam and Grilled Focaccia. This will be followed by a Shaved Spring Vegetable Salad with a Cider Ginger Vinaigrette with Fresh Herbs. The Main Course will be Sous Vide Pork Loin with an Olive Tapenade Vinaigrette and Roasted Seasonal Vegetables. The meal will finish with Strawberry Short Cake with Rhubarb Sherbet and Whipped Cream.
