EDGE Workshop - Authentic Storytelling: The Ultimate Marketing Advantage
Authentic Storytelling:
The Ultimate Marketing Advantage
Businesses are investing significant time and money into marketing that looks polished - but aren’t always connecting with their audience. Not because it isn’t well-produced, but because it leads with information instead of emotion.
People don’t connect with facts - they connect with stories that make them feel something.
This interactive 90-minute seminar explores how to shift that approach and how to uncover the real stories within their business - the moments, challenges, and human experiences that actually resonate - and how to tell those stories in a way that moves people, builds trust, and drives action.
This workshop is designed to help leaders:
Shift from Information to ImpactLeaders will learn how to move beyond feature-based messaging and start leading with emotion - crafting stories that actually resonate, build connection, and inspire action.
Uncover the Stories That Matter
This workshop helps leaders identify the most powerful, authentic stories within their organization -customer experiences, team moments, and real challenges - that create meaning and differentiation.
Turn Storytelling into a Strategic Tool
Participants will walk away with a practical framework to consistently use storytelling in their marketing, leadership, and communication - strengthening culture, brand trust, and business results.
Meet the Instructor: Ryan Koral, Founder, Tell Studios
Ryan Koral is a documentary filmmaker, business owner, and founder of Tell Studios — a video production company he's grown over the past 20+ years from a one-man operation into a seven-figure business right here in Metro Detroit. He's spent two decades helping organizations tell stories that actually move people to action — and along the way, he's become obsessed with a simple idea: that in a world drowning in polished, AI-generated content, the most powerful thing a business can do is be real.
Ryan runs coaching programs and masterminds for entrepreneurs and has helped hundreds of business owners find their authentic voice — on camera, in their marketing, and in how they show up for their customers. Even the ones who say they hate being on camera. Especially those ones.
He lives in Clarkston with his wife Andrea, their three kids, and a mini schnauzer named Koda who contributes nothing to the business but demands treats like she's on the payroll.
