Employee Compensation & Benefit Plans: Preparing for 2021
Employee Compensation & Benefit Plans: Preparing for 2021
Attracting and retaining the best talent at your company within limited budgets and during a pandemic means it's more important than ever to actively manage compensation and benefit plans based on new circumstances and plan influencers. Most group plans have renewal dates in January, so choices that you make now will determine how well you've linked total rewards plans with 2021 objectives. Employee pay and benefits are two of the top expenses of all organizations - manage them like the investment they are and the return that they can provide.
