Designed for leaders who want to build their strengths in self-awareness, ability to influence, community development, team work, and adaptability while forging life-long relationships with other trailblazers in the Auburn Hills business community. From August through December 2020, participants will meet virtually one day each month for half the day via Zoom. You will LEARN best practices to develop quality leadership skills, ENGAGE with current and future leaders, ACHIEVE success, and DISCOVER your inner leader, right from your home or office!

Session 3: Collaborative Conversations

A workshop on the Collaborative Conversation Model. This model aligns Stephen Coveys fifth habit of Highly Effective People - Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood, with the four step powerful coaching conversation model. Participants will learn how to address challenges individuals face personally and professionally. Asking the right questions will lead those individuals to self-discover solutions and commit to action! This is a powerful workshop ideal for anyone in leadership, from entry level management to CEOs, helping them to become effective listeners and impactful thought leaders.

Refund & Registration Policy
Payment is considered final, and non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue that cannot be otherwise addressed. Registration for all events, programs and membership is considered complete upon full payment. An invoice payment option will be available on most events until 14 days prior to the event date. Cash and credit cards are always accepted. A confirmation will be sent for all transactions with the Auburn Hills Chamber.
