Designed for leaders who want to build their strengths in self-awareness, ability to influence, community development, team work, and adaptability while forging life-long relationships with other trailblazers in the Auburn Hills business community. From August through December 2020, participants will meet virtually one day each month for half the day via Zoom. You will LEARN best practices to develop quality leadership skills, ENGAGE with current and future leaders, ACHIEVE success, and DISCOVER your inner leader, right from your home or office!

 

The ILEAD Class of 2020 will be recognized during the 2021 State of the Community, a great way to build recognition and awareness for your company.

 

You will be exposed to a wide variety of perspectives. Each of the sessions focuses on a thought-provoking topic ranging from community development and outreach, business and cultural ethics, diversity, and self-discovery. ILEAD will help you:

• Connect with others from a variety of backgrounds

• Develop resilience and adaptability when dealing with difficult situations

• Build a road-map to leadership success

Orientation Kick-Off - Meet your fellow ILEAD Class of 2020, an introduction to your expert instructors, and your next four months of leadership transformation.

 

 

Personality Dimensions Awareness Workshops are effective in developing leaders and strengthening teams. As a research-based, trait disposition tool, Personality Dimensions is especially useful for professionals managing others or seeking to work cooperatively with a variety of personality types.

A workshop on the Collaborative Conversation Model. This model aligns Stephen Coveys fifth habit of Highly Effective People - Seek First to Understand, Then to be Understood, with the four step powerful coaching conversation model. Participants will learn how to address challenges individuals face personally and professionally. Asking the right questions will lead those individuals to self-discover solutions and commit to action! This is a powerful workshop ideal for anyone in leadership, from entry level management to CEOs, helping them to become effective listeners and impactful thought leaders.

Learning to lead, with or without "The TITLE," is a lifelong process. This Session will build upon the previous session on behaviors and motivators through personality dimensions and give you a solid foundation for turning the corner to being an inspiring leader. We'll unpack the leadership formula using 3 critical elements to go from "doing everything" to "leading others."

Refund & Registration Policy 

Payment is considered final, and non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue that cannot be otherwise addressed. Registration for all events, programs and membership is considered complete upon full payment.  An invoice payment option will be available on most events until 14 days prior to the event date. Cash and credit cards are always accepted. A confirmation will be sent for all transactions with the Auburn Hills Chamber.
