From August through December 2023, participants will meet one day each month to LEARN best practices to develop quality leadership skills, ENGAGE with current and future leaders, ACHIEVE success, and DISCOVER your inner leader.
The ILEAD Class of 2023 will be recognized during the 2024 State of the Community, a great way to build recognition and awareness for your company.
You will be exposed to a wide variety of perspectives. Each of the sessions focuses on a thought-provoking topic ranging from community development and outreach, business and cultural ethics, diversity, and self-discovery. ILEAD will help you:
