Tai Chi
Tai Chi is designed for people of varied ages and physical abilities seeking a gentle exercise routine, improved mobility, balance, breathing and relaxation. This Arthritis Foundation program uses Sun style Tai Chi, one of the four major recognized styles of Tai Chi. The movements don't require deep bending or squatting, which makes it easier and more comfortable to learn. Practicing Tai Chi has also been credited with improved musculoskeletal strength and cardiovascular health and is a safe and effective way for people to maintain bone density. 6-week course.
