About the Speaker

Camille Jayne, a seasoned turnaround CEO, has led six companies over 22 years, including serving as Chairman and CEO of a U.S. publicly traded company. She has been a Board Director for four public, three private, and eight nonprofit organizations. Currently, Camille is a business management consultant and executive mentor. Known for strategic leadership and operational restructuring, she holds a BA and an MFA from Stanford, and an MBA from the University of Michigan. One of the high points of her career was being bestowed a Doctorate in Business, Honoris Causa, by Oakland University’s School of Business Administration for her career accomplishments and philanthropy. Camille’s career highlights include roles at Pillsbury, Procter & Gamble, Comerica Bank, Tele-Communications Inc., Universal Electronics Inc., and Bitcentral, Inc., achieving significant growth and industry accolades.

Founder of The Jayne Group, she also led the National Association of Women Business Owners and established nonprofit Women’s Business Institutes. Camille has donated lecture proceeds to charity, taught in MBA programs, and received numerous awards, including recognition by the U.S. House of Representatives. She resides in San Diego with her husband, Brad.
