About the Role
We’re looking for Tasting Room Associates who love people, bring great energy, and know how to create a memorable experience.
You don’t need to be a wine expert—we’ll teach you that. What we can’t teach is personality, warmth, and the ability to connect with guests.
If you’ve worked in restaurants, retail, events, or any customer-facing role—and you’re great with people—you’ll fit right in.
We are looking for people who can work at both our Lake Orion and Auburn Hills location primarily.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests and create a fun, inviting atmosphere from the moment they walk in
- Guide guests through wine flights, food offerings, and experiences
- Make thoughtful, confident recommendations based on what guests enjoy
- Help guests discover new wines (and maybe their new favorite bottle)
- Support sales of wine, food, merchandise, and wine club memberships in a natural, guest-first way
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system
- Prepare and serve light food items
- Keep the space clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assist with events, private tastings, and special experiences
- Friendly, outgoing personality—you enjoy talking to people and making them feel welcome
- Strong customer service instincts and communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, social environment
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Willingness to learn (especially about wine—we’ve got you covered)
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and some holidays
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Experience in hospitality, retail, bartending, or events
- Interest in wine, food, or learning something new
- Previous wine knowledge (not required)
- Love being around people and bringing good energy to a room
- Enjoy hosting, entertaining, or creating great experiences
- Want a fun, social job where no two shifts feel the same

Location: Primarily hiring for Auburn Hills & Lake Orion (must be open to all locations: Royal Oak, Shelby Township, Auburn Hills, Lake Orion)

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 15 per week
