Breadless is a Detroit-founded fast-casual restaurant offering chef-curated sandwiches wrapped in nutrient-rich leafy greens, hearty rice bowls, and vibrant salads for in-store dining, takeout, delivery, and catering.


Aiming to be a neighborhood favorite, Breadless offers delicious and healthy meals for all. Founded in Detroit by Marc Howland, LaTresha (LC) Howland, and Ryan Eli Salter, our innovative restaurant concept focuses on serving low-carb, 100% gluten-free dishes that are absolutely tasty. We want to provide a home for those struggling to find suitable menu options and change societal views on food choices by making nutritious Breadless meals accessible to everyone. Our approach reimagines traditional dining with chef-crafted sandwiches wrapped in nutrient-rich leafy greens, along with a variety of salads and rice bowls. This creates a new menu category that combines great flavor with nutrition, ensuring every bite is both delicious and healthy, promoting a better lifestyle.
