Event Description:
With unemployment low, competition to hire your best staff is high, and turnover is expensive. Strategies to proactively engage your key staff and empower your leaders is the focus of this year’s conference. This half day conference brings together business owners, HR executives, higher education and available resources (including an expo resource center) for many different industry sectors including: advanced manufacturing/skilled trade, technology, healthcare, automotive/engineering, and professional services.


Representatives from a plethora of state-wide, local, public and private resources will be presenting and part of our trade fair to assist you and your company with your needs.
