Job Overview

MedFresh is a fast-casual Middle Eastern restaurant focused on fresh, cooked-to-order food and a clean, welcoming environment. We’re looking for a dependable Utility / Dishwasher to help maintain cleanliness throughout the entire restaurant.

This role is responsible for dishwashing as well as keeping both the kitchen and front of house clean and organized. That includes restroom checks, mopping floors, taking out trash, and maintaining overall cleanliness standards. Because we are a small team, this position plays an important role in keeping the restaurant running smoothly.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in cleanliness, works with urgency, and pays attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness of dish area and back-of-house spaces
• Check and clean restrooms regularly throughout the shift
• Sweep and mop floors (kitchen and front of house)
• Take out trash and maintain dumpster area cleanliness
• Wipe down surfaces, counters, and high-touch areas
• Assist with opening and closing cleaning duties
• Follow proper sanitation and food safety standards

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or cleaning experience preferred (not required)
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Attention to detail and cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Able to lift up to 40 lbs
