HIROTEC AMERICA Announces Executive Leadership Changes
Auburn Hills, MI., April 22nd, 2024 – HIROTEC AMERICA, a member of the HIROTEC Group, a global tier one automotive supplier, announced the appointment of two new board members. Phil Zanolli has been appointed to the position of Chief Operations Officer and Sharon Beetham has been appointed to the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Phil joined HIROTEC AMERICA as a Project Manager in 2000 with over a decade of technical experience. His well-rounded background and strong leadership capabilities saw him rise through the ranks of management leading to his promotion to Executive Vice President of Operations. His vision has been focused on strengthening HIROTEC’s operational capabilities as well as pushing for the implementation of new manufacturing technologies. In his new role, Phil will provide strategic direction and executive leadership for all operational activities.
Sharon has been with HIROTEC since 1999 and has served as an expert in the field of finance. She has also played a key role in its business operations and new business development both locally and globally. Her previous positions at HIROTEC AMERICA include Controller, Vice President of Finance & Purchasing and in 2013 she became Chief Financial Officer for HIROTEC INDIA. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Waterloo in Ontario, Canada and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). In her new role, Sharon will manage all aspects of corporate finance as well as oversee Purchasing and Corporate Administration.
