Learning Architect, Vivian Singleton, has over 28 years of service at Lake Trust in various roles. Her work in the financial services marketplace extends over 33 years. With a background in education from Michigan State University, her desire to assist others with developing skills and improving professionally is demonstrated through the learning solutions she designs. Using a consultative approach, she partners with and builds relationships with her team members to create solutions that; resolve personal and team performance gaps, foster more effective work relations, and provide learning opportunities and experiences that help achieve organizational business goals.
Mindy Gurnicz
Member Experience Manager, Lake Trust Credit Union
Mindy Gurnicz is a Member Experience Manager for the Center Line and Auburn Hills branch of Lake Trust Credit Union. Mindy has been leading her fabulous team for the past 5 years. She has a diverse background in banking, including commercial lending, leading a bank-at- work program, and has had the pleasure of using her background in education to train and develop teams at Lake Trust and other financial institutions. Most recently her focus has been on becoming certified to facilitate Relationship Selling within Lake Trust, helping our onstage team to continue to develop themselves and further deepen their relationships with our members by having great conversations during each interaction.

Refund & Registration Policy
Payment is considered final, and non-refundable, unless there is a quality issue that cannot be otherwise addressed. Registration for all events, programs and membership is considered complete upon full payment. An invoice payment option will be available on most events until 14 days prior to the event date. Cash and credit cards are always accepted. A confirmation will be sent for all transactions with the Auburn Hills Chamber.
